Bangers and Mash - our vegan take on the traditional irish fare, using our own vegan andoulli sausage and home made mashed rutebega potatoes
Får i Kål - a norwegian traditional meal with stewed lamb and cabbage, seasoned with our own blend of herbs and spices
Thai Chicken Curry - with the influx of immigrants from the east to norway, comes the seasons and traditions of the orient. this curry has garbanzo beans, fresh peppers, and an assortment of seasonal veggies on a bed of sweet batsmati rice.
